AS01/ 78 Circa 1870-1890 German unlabelled 4/4 cello with Larsen Strings and Wittner Finetune pegs.
Back of slightly irregular wide-grain maple with strong curl. Fine grain maple ribs with medium curl. Neck of fine grain pale with narrow curl. Front of fairly regular grain spruce . Ebony Hill-style tailpiece.
Length of back: 75.1 cms. String length: 70cms. Stop length: 41 cms.
